Background
My taste for people, languages and foreign cultures led me to study International Trade.
My professional experiences, first in Import within a Central Purchasing Dpt and then in Export in the Customer Service Dpt of a major "Maison" of the Luxury Industry, allowed me to work with the 5 continents. I contributed to several internal projects such as the relocation and delocalization of operations, the commercial expansion of new markets, the integration of a new IT system, and I also led teams in direct and transversal management. These adventures have been both enriching and formative over the past 20 years.
Authentic, goal-oriented, courageous, I enjoyed accompanying my collaborators in their skills development. Communicating clearly, listening actively, learning, leading projects, taking on challenges, guiding and helping, as well as sharing my knowledge gave meaning to what I was doing and led me to acquire new skills by following trainings such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Professional Coaching, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Equicoaching.
I propose Individual and/or Group Equicoaching sessions but as well in French, English and Spanish.
